At the Cedar Coast centre, we have a small, but productive garden surrounding the lodge and we take pride (or pride ourselves) on being able to feed our guests as much of it as possible. Lastly, we do our best to minimize food waste through meal planning and composting. Adele - Kundalini yoga & Holistic guide

Adele grew up in contact with the Elements and Nature : when she discovered yoga in 2005, she finally found a discipline that connects the Body – Mind & Soul as much as the outdoor activities she had been practicing since her childhood in France.

Having worked for nearly 10 years in communication & marketing, her very demanding work has pushed her to go several times to the limit of burn-out; yoga and alternative medicine became at that time a real support to keep her life balance.

She tried almost all styles of yoga and studied intensively with recognized masters first in ashtanga and yin yoga and than in Kundalini Yoga, practice that became her passion for its transformative power and has been teaching this powerful technology since 2016.

Since that date, she has taught more than 1500 hours in famous Parisian studios, as well as via her online course platform and on the occasion of RE-TREATs and teacher training which she has gathered in France, Morocco and Spain.

She is now based in Tofino and has joined the Cedar Coast Centre’s team to develop and guides holistic retreats around what she find that connect us back to our body and spirit : yoga and outdoor activities.

Growing up on the BC Coast a Fishermans daughter she always had a great respect for local sustainable ingredients. Diana love to forage her own food and she is passionate about supporting local farms, fishers and artisans.

A graduate of the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver, Diana cut her teeth studying there, and has since collaborated on numerous holistic retreats.  She already knows well the kitchen of Cedar Coast Art & Ecology Center and she is very impatient to collaborate again with us and start this new Adventure feeding the guests of our new on-site retreats
