Cedar Coast accommodations are in ocean-view tent cabins with wood stoves, private en-suite bathrooms, and comfortable beds with organic mattresses. Tent cabins were constructed using salvaged materials and furnished with a mix of custom salvaged wood and second hand furniture.

Education Programs

Cedar Coast offers a variety of in-house, place-based ecology programs for guests and visiting school groups. We also welcome independent education groups looking for the perfect place to host their own courses, workshops and retreats.

Activities at Cedar Coast include yoga, hiking, kayaking, beach walks, art making, fishing off the rocks, basketball, volleyball, badminton, board games, bocci, campfire, gardening, and tide pool exploration.

We offer full catering services that prioritize local, organic, healthy and delicious foods. Catering includes three meals each day that feature locally harvested seafood and fresh local produce. We do not serve liquor but guests may bring their own beer and wine.

Relax and enjoy our cedar hot tub and take a cold plunge directly into the pacific ocean. Freshen up in our open air shower house. Cozy up with a cup of tea and a good book in the library.

We offer round trip boat transportation between Tofino, B.C. and our location on Vargas Island.
