Heidi - Restorative yoga & Sound Teacher

Adele - Kundalini yoga teacher & group facilitator

Camille Lebeuf - Eco Educator

Heidi MacPherson, is an experienced 500 hr Registered Yoga Alliance certified teacher. She has over 1000 hrs supplemental training in Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative and Yoga Nidra.

Expect professional care and attention to your individual wellness needs, glimpses of live music (harp and harmonium) and a compassionate approach to wellness.

Heidi believes that each living being holds a unique resonance which harmonizes with the natural environment. Expect to deeply rest and nourish in her Restorative classes.

Adele grew up in contact with the Elements and Nature : when she discovered yoga in 2005, she finally found a discipline that connects the Body – Mind & Soul as much as the outdoor activities she had been practicing since her childhood in France.

She tried almost all styles of yoga and studied intensively with recognized masters first in ashtanga & iyengar style, than in Kundalini Yoga, a practice that became her passion for its transformative healing power.  She has been teaching this powerful technology since 2016.

She is now based in Tofino and has joined the Cedar Coast Centre’s team to develop and guides Onsite Retreats around what she find that connect us back to our body and spirit : yoga, nature  and outdoor activities.

Growing up on the ocean Camille saw first hand the impacts of human consumption on the planet and has made it her mission to educate herself and others on how we can lower our plastic waste and live more sustainably.

She opened Bare Refillery, 4 years ago to help make the transition to reducing plastic waste through the refill model as well as hosting workshops,  educational events and community gatherings.

Through these hands on activites we are reminded that we are not separate from nature but tied to it so need to treat ourselves and the planet with respect. Camille still gets out sailing on her family home, a 60′ Ketch built right here on Vancouver Island to enjoy the freedom the Ocean has to offer.

After obtaining a degree in teaching Biology and Geography, Mandy left her home country Germany seven years ago, to experience the natural phenomena our world has to offer at first hand.

Through a great curiosity about and passion for nature and its protection, she started to participate in various conservation and restoration projects around the world.

Drawn by the intriguing beauty of coastal temperate rainforests, she arrived in Tofino 3 years ago, putting her background in education and environmental sciences into an occupation as sea kayak guide.

Following his passion for the great outdoors, especially surfing, hiking, kayaking and nature conservation, Ben has travelled the globe for the last 7 years.

He fell in love with the West Coast of Vancouver Island and Clayoquot Sound with its natural beauty, and cultural diversity. He wants to protect and share about this magical place on Tla-o-qui-aht and Ahousat lands and waters for future generations of all living beings to enjoy.

His passion for nature and his enthusiastic mindset will help you to have a memorable and enjoyable experience as a guest and on your kayak trip.

Dan honed his marine instincts fishing and diving up and down the west coast, Vancouver Island and our northern gulf Islands from a very young age.

Leveraging many previous careers including Marine Film Logistics and Adventure Tourism, Dan is our “jack of all trades”. He brings a passion for the wild nature around and an enthusiasm for our corner of the world that keeps everyone having a good time.
